> Overgrown hedge. Has been an obstruction since we moved to Boonwood close 5 years ago. Dangerous for people and my small children walking on the foot path hard to see a car coming out of their driveway and the neighbors. The owner has in the past clipped it back but it’s never back enough. Pavement was replaced at some point but even then they couldn’t pave to the full width of the path because of the hedge. Not sure why it wasn’t cut back at that point.
