> Hello. Last year we had a leaking pipe on the footpath outside our property. City care came and appeared to fix it, however that repair appears to be compromised by another leak. The area surrounding the bottom of the repair is in the middle of the footpath. It has broken apart and water is coming up through on to the footpath and when it is icy creates a hazard for pedestrians. The footpath itself is also starting to crack and break apart.
