> On The Esplanade Scarborough end across from the clock tower and near the Ocean Cafe there is a large Ngaio bush (might be more than one). It is reasonably uninteresting in shape and blocks the wonderful view. It is suggested that this bush be shaped into a tree as per the photo of a like tree just along from the Bernard Hansen memorial. Thanks.
