> The uneven footpath is very difficult for the elderly to negotiate, especially the residents of Windsor Rest Home across the road that use the pedestrian refuge on Golf links Rd I raised the issue in a previous snap but only the south portion of the footpath was re surfaced. The resurfacing needs to done between the pedestrian refuge and the entrance to The Palms on Golf Links Rd. Note the crossing cut at the bottom of the first photo and entry area to the mall at the top.
