> The pedestrian/cycle crossing phase used to be triggered reliably by approaching on the cycleway westbound on Suva street. It now not only fails to trigger automatically, but the beg buttons don't even seem to work. I pressed the button four times and waited three cycles of the light before getting a crossing phase.
