> The owners of 1/179 and 181 Weston Road, St Albans, constantly use the public berm to park their cars. One if these bombs is a walkway to cross the road to the other side to access the alleyway to malvern park. This is a definite safety issue. People crossing from the north side of Weston North their view is obstructed as well as drivers coming toward them. We believe this is a danger and illegal
