> There is an overland flow path running from Gilmour Terrance through adjacent properties. At 18 Randolph water enters a sump which is then piped across the boundary into an old pipe beneath our stairs. This has now broken and is causing erosion beneath our steps and causing surface flooding. I don’t believe there is an easement for this water and would like it off my property.
