> This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Apr 03, 2018. Gutters need cleaning to avoid future flooding in Oak and Heathcote Street. Also to avoid pollution in waterways. Thanks. Now more than 3 months and gutters still not cleaned. Please advise the frequency that the gutters are maintained. It's sad to see this rubbish end up in our waterways.
