> Have reported this so many times and everytime nothing happens to fix the cause. This is the only storm water drain for from tonks street to richards way and it cannot handle a day of rain because is it is blocked below surface. The sucker truck that comes along every now and then does not fix the problem. I spent 30 mind this morning clearing council storm water drains of leaf matter so kids did not have to wade through the flooded richards way but they still received wet feet to start the day.
