> Cars park in the gutter resulting in the leaves etc collecting in front of the tires because the gutters haven’t been swept for a while so when it rains the gutter is blocked so it floods. As a disabled person I am unable to easily get over the blocked gutter and the grassed verge is slippery if I want to try to avoid it
