> Please can this tree branch be cut back or tied back. I was riding home today at night and it smacked me full in the face. There was no way I would have seen it and luckily I was wearing glasses so my eyes were protected. It’s right in the head height of someone riding a bike in the Cycleway. Thanks in advance!
