> A few months ago, the water line was repaired in the road in front of our property. Good job. A fair bit of excess soil left in gutter, that I have cleaned out,no problem. I can not clean under the driveway access, and there seems to be a build up of soil and twigs etc under there.....needs something to drag through, capturing all this stuff. Can the council do this. Helps negate flooding via blocked drains?
