> This is the second flooding of our bridge in as the same months, since the first event!!!! No heavy rain, nor red weather event. I need a please explain!!!!! Do we have a major storm water event post 2011 that you and eqc have failed to acknowledge. Or there may be a serious drainage problem. Or those who are charged with the responsibility to ensure our storm water ways are clear have and are continually failing their due responsibility. Full stop period.!!!!!
