> 6 dogs trapped in the bus. Has been parked there for over a week, parked over painted parking lines on road, taking about 5 parks. I have already complained to the city council 3 times, they said they’ll send someone all three times but no one showed up. All three times. I’m really concerned about the dogs rather than the parks. Please help
