> Approx 100m stretch of road that was resealed coming up a month ago, loose chip has been left in the gutter both sides of road. Last week's 8mm of rain saw water over the footpath and onto front lawns of the properties on this stretch of road as there is nowhere for the water to drain with the amount of chip left behind. Higgens was the contractor and per the letter drop were going to clean up loose chip, they have "cleaned" up the surface but haven't cleaned the gutters.
