> I sent this report through on 21st may (8 days ago) and no action has happened yet!! A large tyre washed down Jackson’s creek in the rain on 20/21 May. It stopped when it struck my bridge. I am 3 properties away from the culvert (tunnel) under Milton street so luckily it did not get stuck in the tunnel. Clearly a Neighbour upstream dumped it as no public access to this creek. A lot of rubbish washed down also. Please remove this tyre and walk the creek to see who dumped this and deal with the
