> I was given a phone call by the Council in regards to this problem approximately 3-4 weeks ago as the last send snap solve request I sent, I professionally requested a human correspondence as my previous 4 requests were left hanging with no response. This phone call detailed a contractor would be coming to the field to look into the issue and have it fixed ASAP. I have yet to visually see any significant progress on this matter and have now seen further damage on several other parts.
