> On evening of the the 28th we noted that our red bin had not been fully emptied. We lodged a snap for 53 Hackthorne Road. On Wednesday morning you emailed asking for the address. We again advised (straight away) it was for 53 Hackthorne Road. On the evening of Friday the 31st we followed up with you via email as we had had no response for three days. Our bin still waiting on the street for you to empty. Not great customer service. Hopefully this can be sorted asap.
