> The road has recently been resurfaced (bitumen added on top of existing surface) however this has covered all the pre-existing road markings, including the broken yellow lines. Now people are parking here, making the road narrow and unsafe, and also make access to/from my property difficult. This extend all around Oakley Cres, Gibson Drive, and McKellar Place. They've also left the drains blocked with a material covering. Higgins was the contractor responsible.
