> Stormwater lateral damaged. Non-compliance. Appears to have been installed with power duct pipe. We have camera footage of the drain that shows it to be in poor condition possibly from earthquake damage. We have relayed the Stormwater in the property and left a bubble up sump that needs to be connected to. Work is urgent as the Stormwater does not discharge to the street at the moment. Awaiting repair from council to new bubble up sump just inside front boundary.
