> 68 Richmond Hill Road, road obstruction for extended period, no road management. Earthworks at 68-70 Richmond Hill Road have been going on for two-four weeks. Trucks are reducing the two road down to a single lane for hours at a time, completely obstructing vision for vehicles. Furthermore pedestrians are forced onto the road without being able to see oncoming traffic. This is posing a significant safety risk for all traffic on Richmond Hill Road. As this has now been going on for weeks, I want to understand how this contractor is exempt from requiring basic road management to mitigate the hazards they are creating.
