> While carrying out construction on the property next to us, the company involved has not installed any footpath traffic management. This is troubling due to the fact that the footpath isn't accessible because of fencing, bins, etc, taking it up. This footpath is frequently used by families and the elderly (who sometimes are on mobility vehicles) Thanks.
