> Leaves are all banked up outside and surrounds to entrance of Edgeware bowling club and Croquet club which is CCC area of maintenance. Inside gates are bowling club’s but their lease has finished so no leaves have been cleared recently. These are banked up and a hindrance for cars accessing the internal Carpark and closing of the gates.
