> Not raining yet there is water is coming up from this storm water drain. When it does rain large amounts of water flow from this drain downstream to the next drain which cannot cope causing flooding at the entrance to Shanaway Close. Should water come up out of a storm water drain? Also, leaves cleared upstream from this drain but not downstream where they will cause the biggest problem. Been flooding here for at least 5 years. Reported plenty of times.
