> All week the new traffic lights at the junction of Manchester and Hereford streets have only allowed 8 seconds or three cars through (traveling north/south on Manchester Street) at ant time. There is clearly a fault here as the time for cars traveling across Manchester along Hereford get significantly longer green lights. Can you take a look at this? Cheers Mark
