> Hi. It would be good to review this piece of guttering please. A crack in the kerb has become a ball of concrete which is loose and an ankle break hazard now. There is also the section above the storm water outlet that is a dip in the kerb too. I'm reporting because it's on the corner crossing where children cross for school. Thanks for reviewing.
