> Non residents are regularly parking on the berm in front of our property. We have asked that they don’t park here and pointed out that they have broken the curb (underneath the yellow car) and the cover over the water mains, they have churned up the berm into mud. Please fix the curb, fix the cover for the mains and re-sow the grass then put up no parking signs. Alternatively completely remove the berm, level out and create a parking bay.
