> Since the new water pipes have gone in Memorial Avenue, the Waimairi North Streem has stopped flowing and will dry up completely in the summer. There has been historical activity at Burnside Park where aquifers have been tapped into, thereby depleting water being able to replenish our very important waterways. Please advise.
