> Very deceased cat, wrapped in a sweatshirt, on the seawall opposite 110 Esplanade, by the clump of trees in the picture. It was posted as deceased on a local Facebook page days ago. It’s now a serious health hazard, and very very smelly. Very sad, no owner came forward on the FB post.
