# Rubbish/Recycling, 38, Wellington Street, Phillipstown, 8011, Canterbury

> This is the gutter outside 38 Wellington Street. It and the pavement are strewn with rubbish left by the numerous backpackers that seem to stay in this house. I suspect the gutter never gets cleaned because of the large number of the guests' cars and vans constantly parked there. Yesterday I tripped and fell on plastic strapping left all over the path, bruising my left side quite badly. Today I see it's all in the gutter (great for our waterways!). I'd like the property owner to clean up (and I'd also be keen to know if their guest house set-up is legal - there's a lot of noise and mess in the summer).
