> Hi, dog control on the Sumner promenade is appalling. I run once a week down the promenade and on the last 3 occasions, a dog has run towards me and into my lower legs, almost causing me to fall. I have heard of runners and bikers ending up with permanent disabilities. Please can someone enforce the use of leads before a serious injury occurs. Thanks.
