> The planter in the middle of Millway Place is in a very bad state of repair. The sides of the planter are too low and don't hold any mulch when it is applied. Consequently, All of the roses are dying, as are the trees. The planter needs the sides raised so that more soil and mulch can be added and the plants given a chance to survive. Please fix this. The situation is getting steadily worse and we will soon have no plants alive in this planter
