> Walking path between Preston’s park track and alpine view rest home is very wet and slippery every winter/time it rains any time of year. This makes is very unsafe for elderly residents of the home next to the track to access. It is very muddy and bodgy meaning the its the one part of the main walking route that is an enjoyable track in the area unusable half of the year. It would be amazing if the council could make this a stable / solid track for everyone to enjoy without worrying about a fall
