> This caravan has been parked on this corner continuously for months. There was previous a different caravan in the same spot. In total, this resident has had a caravan outside their property for more than a year except for a few weeks here and there. It is parked right on a the corner and is dangerous, particularly with winter sun. It also often has a power cable running across the berm to the house, unattended. We’ve called the CCC to report this and the previous caravan numerous times. The number plate is W913D.
