> We’ve had a leak, probably for quite a few months. Only realised when we noticed the wet floor boards in this cupboard, you can see it’s a pretty major leak. It was a welded joint. Plumber has repaired today under warranty due to work they did early February. How do we go about getting this assessed for a water rates remission?
