> There is a huge rusted container on the berm/road at the start of Ryan street in phillipstown. It blocks the road for parking, it blocks vision when turning into the street, it’s incredibly dangerous. I fear for kids as it’s rusted and they could get injured. It should not be there. It is also an eye-sore and looks awful driving past it every day on ferry road.
