> At 9:30pm (ie very quiet time for traffic) there is consistent grid lock traffic along Manchester St heading north. These intersections need to be reprogrammed. The Hereford Manchester one has a ridiculously long bus only light and the Worcester one immediately after has a long pedestrian only light for some reason even though there’s very low foot traffic in that area. In both instances cars are waiting for no reason which is very frustrating.
