But there is a No right turn red light which stops all traffic in the right lane. what is the purpose of this red light? it just stops traffic. there is no one crossing madras and as its a one way street you are not giving way to anyone. plus with road works just ahead you are causing all sorts of problems. it just does not make sense to have a no right turn red light on a one way street
