> Back in April last year, I first reported this disgusting state of this children's play ground. After rain, children can't use these facilities for at least a week because of boggy wet ground. Theirs a lot of children missing out because of maintenance, such as blocked underground drain and very little bark under swings. I also reported about the bark last year
