> Water meter flooding, lid won’t stay on it, footpath damaged around it. Meter not ticking over so leak is not on my property but must be a problem on council side. When lid pops off there’s a danger someone might walk into the opening. Address is 11 Burnside Crescent, not 12 as map says.
