> Since about Christmas 2023 storm water has been coming onto our section, pouring across then running down the shared drive. The drive is shared between 18, 20, 20A, 21 and our house 22. It increases with the rain but there are other times when increases for a few hours for no visible reason. The water enters our section at the fence line with 20 Kidson but seems to come from the adjoining fence line between numbers 24 and 26 that is the upper corner of my (22) section. I have visited the two neighbours above and behind to discuss this. 24 seems to have no visible issue, nor does 26 except that 26 Kidson did install a fairly large outdoor sauna or cover pool about the time this issue started. It is installed about 7 meters from the point where the water enters our section. Can I also say there seems to be a related flow of water now coming out of the ground in front of the garage of our neighbour at 20A Kidson and it too flows down the shared drive.
