> I enclose a photo of a bollard at the end of Daresbury Lane has been replaced, however it is not secure. It is extremely wobbly and potentially not doing its intended job. I have enclosed photos of the other bollard and similar ones that have been used to screen off plants. Quite frankly the whole area is lacking care and cohesion. This needs attention ASAP.
