> This rubbish pile has been here for about 3 months now. Originally created by the council clean up team but never removed. A breading ground for rats now. Located in the Cashmere Stream Esplanade Reserve across the stream from 49 and 51 Waiau Street. It’s tuck away at the top end of the reserve so keeps getting missed in clean ups.
