> Assisted female cyclist who was cycling toward the city at approx 7.20 am this morning in the dark. She hit this raised surface on the road being pushed upward by tree roots. Higher than photo indicates, came off her bike whilst a car was passing her, resulting in a near miss. Car stopped assisting as well and left. Cyclist shaken but fine. This is a very dangerous issue, she was very lucky not to have been hit by the car. Please can you fix as soon as possible. Cheers Sally. (Also a cyclist)
