> Please treat this issue as urgent as Councillor Keown is using it to farm anti-Council and anti-cyclist sentiment in the community via his public Councillor Facebook page. Can you examine the cycle crossing lights at the corner of St Asaph Street and Madras Street to determine if there is a fault causing the green cycle crossing light to appear when there is no cyclists crossing. Otherwise maybe it is included in the phasing as requirement? Please let me know the reason. Thanks.
