> Erosion and sediment controls have not been effectively implemented or maintained through the duration of construction, they very irregularly clean sediment off the footpath and out of the sump. The sumps should have filterpod catch pit filters installed in them with the amount of sediment being tracked onto the road. Not only is it becoming and environment risk but an issue to neighbouring properties wanting to walk over a mud clogged footpath. Note: oil or other hydrophobic substance in kerb.
