> Could we please have foliage trimmed and litter picked up in the area next to St Albans Stream on either side of the walkway between English Park carpark and St Albans School. We have had reports of homeless people sleeping and congregating by the stream and one was observed openly urinating into the stream just after school had finished. This area is right next to our school, a playground, a pre-school and English Park. We are concerned for the safety of our children out of school hours.
