> Large water pipes (100mm) across foot and bike paths. No way to access paths without having to ride across pipes. Really dangerous. Can cause bikers, scooters etc to fall. My husband caught it wrong on his bike, fell broke bone in leg. These are really dangerous and should be buried below ground. People should not have to walk and bike over these!
