> Earthworks being done by local children/teenagers in stormwater retention ponds on Railway Reserve in Templeton, is Council aware of this and ok with it? Vegetation is also being damaged as well as the ground in the base of the swale/pond. A local resident has brought this to my attention. Regards, Mark Peters, Councillor for Hornby
