> Water leak into stormwater gutter in Brittan Street. Runs approximately to sump near Linwood avenue back to round number 15 Brittan Street. I moved in around a month ago and since then this gutter has had water in it full time even when hasn’t been raining. The flow is strong and can see it flowing in the drain and doesn’t have a blockage anywhere. The gutter is quite deep too so will be losing a lot of water daily.
